THE AGREEMENT

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These terms cover your use of the 3DG website and anything you order through it. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

Who you are dealing with

3DG is a custom 3D printing studio in Los Angeles, California, USA. We make smart pet tags, keychains, and business stands with NFC chips inside. Contact: [email protected] or @3dg.la on Instagram.

Everything is made to order

We hold no finished stock. Each piece is printed, programmed, and finished after you order it, in the colours and with the text or artwork you chose. Because 3D printing is a physical process, small variation in colour, surface finish, and dimensions is normal and is not a defect. The on-screen preview is a guide to your configuration, not an exact photograph of the object you will receive.

Your artwork and your links

You keep ownership of the images, names, and links you send us. By sending them you give us permission to use them for one purpose: producing and delivering your order.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload. That means:

  • you own the photo or logo, or you have permission from whoever does;
  • the link you ask us to write to the NFC chip points to a page you control or are allowed to point at;
  • your content is not unlawful, does not infringe anyone’s trademark or copyright, and does not impersonate another person or business.

We may refuse or cancel any order whose content looks unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive, and we may do so after production has started. If we cancel for that reason we refund what you paid.

Orders, prices, and confirmation

Prices are shown on the product in US dollars and cover the item itself. Shipping, taxes, and duties are separate unless we say otherwise in writing. Submitting the order form is a request, not a contract: your order is confirmed only when we contact you by email or on Instagram to agree the details and the total. We can decline an order, for example if the artwork will not print or the piece is beyond what we can make.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Before production starts we can change or cancel anything and refund you in full. Once production starts, a custom item is not refundable, because it is made for you alone and cannot be resold.

That exception never applies to defects. If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, with the wrong text, or with an NFC chip that does not read, write to us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will remake it or refund it. Normal wear, loss, and damage caused by use are not defects.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the address you enter. Please check it: we are not responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you typed incorrectly. Production times we quote are estimates, and once a carrier has the parcel the delivery date is in their hands. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens under your account. Use a unique password, turn on two-factor authentication if it is available to you, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse of the service.

NFC chips

The chips we use are standard NFC tags readable by most modern phones. We cannot promise that every device or operating system will read them, and we do not control the pages your links point to. If you later change the destination page, that is yours to manage.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and the products with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost data, or a pet that goes missing while wearing one of our tags. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both of us accept their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when we confirmed it.
